No two homes in The Vold are alike. The location within the building, the view, the outdoor space, and the floor plan vary from home to home. Some overlook the lush Bella Vistapark, while others offer sweeping views of Amsterdam.

In the home finder, you can compare homes at your leisure and discover which living area, floor plan, location, and price range best suit your housing needs.

Save your favorites

Found a home you like? Click the heart icon to save it as a favorite. When you're logged in, the home will automatically be saved to your personal account. You can select multiple favorites and view them again at any time.

Please note: Saving a home as a favorite does not constitute an official registration.

As soon as sales begin, you can fill out the registration form in your personal account, sign it digitally, and submit your final housing preferences. Only then will you be included in the allocation process.

Assess your financial situation

Before the sale, you can also explore which homes fit within your financial means. NEXTHome’s financial coaches specialize in new-construction mortgages and offer a free, no-obligation introductory consultation.

During this consultation, you’ll gain insight into, among other things, your borrowing capacity, the expected monthly payments, and the options for financing a home on a ground lease.

Is your preferred home financially feasible? If so, NEXTHome can record this in the system. A positive financial assessment increases your chances of securing a home. You can also have a feasibility certificate prepared by your own trusted, AFM-certified mortgage advisor and have it sent directly to NEXTHome.

On the Way to the Sales Launch

Sales for The Vold begin on Thursday, October 8, at 12:00 p.m. Starting then, all additional sales materials will be available on the website, and you can officially register for your favorite home(s).

That same evening, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., you’re warmly invited to the sales event at George Marina in the Amstelkwartier. There, you can meet the Team The Vold, be the first to pick up the brochure, review the sales materials, and ask any questions you may have. No registration is required.
