Step 1 – Sign up and stay informed
Leave your details via the "Sign up" button in the website menu. This ensures you'll automatically receive the latest news and updates about The Vold.
We also recommend reviewing the allocation criteria in advance, which will be explained in more detail later in the process under Step 4 – Allocation.
Depending on the phase of the project, your personal account will give you access to different information and actions. Once available, you'll be able to indicate your preferred residences through your account. Please note that this does not constitute an official application for a home.
Do you have questions about the residences, specifications, floor areas, or outdoor spaces? Feel free to contact the sales agent without obligation.
For questions about a sustainability mortgage or financing a new-build home on leasehold land, you can contact NEXTHome. As home prices have not yet been released, personalised financial advice is not available at this stage.
Step 2 – Discover your preferred home and receive priority
Once the orientation phase begins, the website will feature the current selection of residences, including floor plans and indicative starting prices.
Take your time to explore which home suits you best and save your favourites in your account by clicking the heart icon. This will ensure you're fully prepared when sales launch and only need to complete the registration form and confirm your preferences.
From this stage onwards, you can also request a no-obligation consultation with NEXTHome. Candidates who have completed an orientation meeting will receive priority during the allocation process over those who have not.
During the consultation, NEXTHome's advisors will discuss your housing preferences and financial possibilities. Based on your income, they can provide insight into mortgage feasibility and estimated monthly costs, helping you determine whether your preferred residence is financially suitable.
Please note that an orientation meeting only becomes meaningful once the indicative home prices have been published. For any other questions regarding the sustainability mortgage, you can contact NEXTHome at any time.
Disclaimer: Dura Vermeer does not receive any financial information from prospective purchasers. NEXTHome only communicates whether a residence is considered financially feasible and affordable.
Step 3 – Start of sales
Would you like to be considered for a residence at The Vold? Once sales have launched and the registration period has opened, complete the registration form before the closing date.
Complete the form in your personal account and clearly indicate your preferred residence numbers. You may select a first, second, third, fourth, and fifth preference.
Please consider the order carefully, as your preferences cannot be changed later due to the allocation criteria.
You may also indicate your interest in comparable residences should your preferred choices no longer be available.
Please note that your registration is only valid once you have digitally signed the form and clicked the "Submit registration" button before the closing date. Without this final step, your application cannot be included in the allocation process.
Step 4 – Allocation
After the registration period closes, our allocation system will begin matching residences to applicants.
The following criteria are taken into account:
Financial assessment by NEXTHome
If you have completed an orientation meeting with NEXTHome and have been informed that your preferred residences are financially feasible and affordable, NEXTHome will record this in our system on your behalf. No further action is required from you.
Maximum allocation spread
Only select residences in which you are genuinely interested. This allows us to match applicants and homes as effectively as possible.
Step 5 – Meeting with the sales agent
If a residence is allocated to you, you will receive a personal phone call with the good news.
Immediately afterwards, an appointment will be arranged with the sales agent. During this meeting, you will receive detailed information about the project, your allocated residence, financing options, contractual arrangements, and the next steps in the purchasing process.
If you decide to proceed, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to review and sign the purchase and construction agreement.
Step 6 – Sign the purchase and construction agreement
Together with the sales agent, you will carefully review the purchase and construction agreement. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions about the contract and the process ahead.
Once everything is clear and your personal details have been verified, the agreement can be signed.
Congratulations — you've purchased a new-build home. Time to celebrate!
Step 7 – Visit THUIS de showroom
After purchasing your home, the most enjoyable phase begins: creating your ideal living environment.
Gather inspiration, create mood boards, and start thinking about an interior that reflects your personal style. Select your dream kitchen, bathroom, and toilet finishes, and enhance your home with optional wall and floor finishes.
At THUIS, Dura Vermeer's showroom, you'll discover a wealth of inspiration in colours, materials, and interior styles, helping you create a home tailored entirely to your wishes.
Step 8 – Start of construction
The choices have been made, the land has been transferred, and preparations are complete: construction can begin.
Throughout this phase, we will keep you informed of progress and warmly welcome you to the scheduled site visit events.
