To schedule an appointment, first download the intake form available in your personal account environment. Once completed, you can arrange an orientation meeting with NEXTHome by phone or email. Following a positive assessment, you will receive a priority status from NEXTHome.

Alternatively, you can obtain a feasibility certificate from a reputable, AFM-certified mortgage adviser and submit it directly to NEXTHome.

Both the intake form and instructions for obtaining a feasibility certificate are available in your personal account after registering for the project. If you have not yet registered, you can do so easily via the website.
